1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bb44 platform and all its service users and members ("Users"). By accessing, browsing or creating an account on bb44, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

bb44 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use bb44's services:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must reside in a region where online gaming is legally permitted.
• The user must operate a valid payment account (bKash, Nagad or Rocket) registered in their own name.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• Persons registered as professional players are not eligible to place bets in the relevant sports section.

bb44 reserves the right to verify age or identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Accurate and complete information must be provided when opening an account with bb44. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. Only one account may be created per mobile number.

3.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to bb44 immediately. bb44 will not be liable for any loss arising from the user's own negligence.

3.3 Account Suspension

bb44 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• By court order or directive from a relevant authority.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on bb44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• The mobile account used for the deposit must be registered in the user's own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The account used to request a withdrawal must match the account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until account verification is complete.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

bb44's welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳15,000, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bb44 bonuses and promotions are governed by the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements, which are detailed on the relevant page.
• A promotion may not be claimed more than once unless stated separately in its description.
• The payment method used for the deposit must be active and verified in order to receive a bonus.
• If bonus abuse or strategic manipulation is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Each offer has its own eligibility rules, ranging from the weekly bb44 Festival Reload Bonus (25%, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering) to the Friday bb44 Dhamaka (50%, up to ৳6,000, 22x wagering).
• bb44 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion without notice.

6 VIP Programme and Cashback

bb44's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit calculated on the basis of that week's net losses.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

For example, if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Cashback bonuses may also have their own wagering requirements, as noted on the VIP page. Progression to a higher VIP tier is determined entirely at bb44's discretion.

7 Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

bb44 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using automation software, bots or any automated system.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts ("bonus hunting").
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers or networks.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, threatening or treating other users disrespectfully.

Breaching these rules may result in permanent account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

8 Privacy and Personal Data

11 Limitation of Liability

bb44 will not be liable for:

• A game session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
• Any loss caused by a problem with the user's own device or network.
• Issues arising from delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.).
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of the Terms.

In any case, bb44's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited in that specific transaction.

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid by a court or arbitrator, the remaining parts shall remain in full effect.
